At Johnson Matthey Battery Systems, we promote cooperation with students and therefore participate in job fairs to search for young talent.

This year, we took part in the 29th edition of the Engineering Job, Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Accessibility Fair organized by Silesian Polytechnic in Gliwice. Each year, this unique event catches the attention of many students. The job fair is well-known for its high level of organization and wide selection of job offers in the technical industry from top brands, providing opportunities for students to start a career path and learn about current job market requirements.

What the 29th edition of Engineering Job Fair looked like.

“Participating in this year’s edition of the Job Fair was another opportunity for us to showcase Johnson Matthey in Poland. With over a hundred exhibitors and thousands of job offers and visitors, the Job Fair highlights its significance for both students and companies. We spent this time very intensively, making the most of the opportunity to network with potential young talents.

Behind us are many conversations with chemists, automation, electronics, design or process engineers and project leaders entering the job market who want to grow in companies that create innovative products.

We hope that some of students we met, will become part of Johnson Matthey community!
